After the 50% deposit is received our team gets to work with your navigation plus any additional information (colors, favorite sites, etc) that you give us. We have a brainstorming session in which we each layout our ideas. From that, John (our head designer) makes somewhere between 1 and 3 "snapshots" of web sites. You see those snapshots and choose your basic design from that. If you prefer a different color or other minor change, John usually can get that change done within one day and back to you for approval.

Then we start populating the pages with text that you want. During this entire process you have access to a password protected area so you can see your website "come alive". As major changes are completed we e-mail you asking for your input. This is also a great time to have friends, family, etc. give their input as well.

We work via email, mostly because it gives all of us a record of what was said and the ability to print, mark-up and quickly ask questions if things are not perfectly clear. The more pages you have, the closer that communication needs to be.

Once the design is finalized and final payment is made, we are set to "go live"! We send your finalized website to you via e-mail, CD, FTP or any other means you prefer. This entire process usually takes about 6 weeks, although that varies according to the client's needs and availability.
